To gain access, PLEASE READ:

If you already have an account from previous a previous year, email campmom@clickartscamp.org and let me know you have a camper this year.  As soon as I am able to get internet access, I will add you to the current year as well as continued access to prior year’s pictures.  You’re done.  Log in as you have done previously.

  1. If you do not already have an account, register as a new user.  For quickest approval process, please use the email you have registered your camper under.  This step does not give you picture/video access yet.
  2. After you have registered, activate your account.  You will receive an email with a link to go to in order to activate your account.  This is to verify a valid email address.  This step does not give you picture/video access yet.
  3. After you have activated your account, wait for admin approval.  As soon as I am able to get internet access I will approve your account and add you to the current year’s group.  We value privacy, especially when it comes to children.  All registrations are hand processed individually, to ensure that only parents, guardians and family members are allowed access.  We appreciate your patience.  This step does not give you picture/video access yet.
  4. Please don’t share login information.  We absolutely do accommodate for other family members and guardians to enjoy your camper’s experiences too!  Send an email to campmom@clickartscamp.org from the email account you registered your camper with and let us know the email address of the family member you want to grant access to.  They also must complete this same process as you.
  5. ONLY after activation and approval, will you be able to see photo albums.  Feel free to comment!
  6. Skipping any of these steps delays the process.  With the camp located where it is, internet comes and goes so email tag can be a painful process.  I never know when I’ll be able to get enough of a signal to send an email.
  7. I will absolutely try to upload photos daily, sometimes multiple times a day depending upon time, internet, flight patterns of wild geese, planetary alignment, etc.  Check back often!

Please fill out the registration form, preferably using the same email address you registered your camper with. The captcha code at the bottom is not case sensitive. Click “Submit registration” after completed.

 

This page will pop up after your registration has been submitted. You are not finished! It’s now time to log into the email you registered in the Parent Portal with to activate your account.

 

Please click on the link in the email from “Click Arts Camp Parent Portal.” If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your Junk Mail, Spam and Trash folders. If you still do not see it, try doing a search for “Click Arts Camp Parent Portal.”

 

Clicking on that link brings you to this page. Please click “Continue” in the blue box or “Login” in the top left corner to proceed.

 

Please enter the login details such as the username and password you just registered. The password is case sensitive. This site uses cookies and php script. If you have either of those denied for clickartscamp.org, then it’s likely your browser will not be happy with the login and site navigation procedures. Please check your browser’s settings/preferences and adjust accordingly. If you are still having issues logging in, try a different device.

 

After you log in, if this is all you see, then I haven’t yet been able to log in and set you up with the proper year’s permissions. I do get notification of every registration and will do my best to update your account promptly. This process is done manually for a reason. If both of your registration emails match, then the process is super easy. If they don’t match, we have to verify and the process becomes longer.

 

When you have full access, you will see the photo albums listed under the proper year for your family. That’s it! You’re done! I hope you enjoy the pictures and videos! Please be aware that some of the file sizes (especially the videos) are HUGE, so make sure your internet bandwidth is behaving!
